Charlie was bought by the Stud five years ago as an outcross stallion.  He was bred on the Island of Muck and was transported to the mainland by boat as a yearling.  He was the first foal out of a 21 year old mare, Mary of Muck, and he is by Strathmashie Seamus Mhor (pictured below).
